Session & Payment Policy
- All sessions must be paid in full to confirm your booking.
- An invoice may be sent and must be paid within 4 hours of inquiry to lock in your recording session.
- No payment means no confirmed session.
- Payments may be made upfront, daily, or after each session, as approved.
Session Time Rules
- Your session starts at your scheduled time, not when you arrive.
- Late arrivals will deduct from your session time and are non-refundable.
- Studio time may include recording, mixing, editing, rendering, emailing, and file exporting.
- Please plan your time wisely to maximize your session.
File & Data Policy
- Clients are responsible for requesting all session files.
- We recommend backing up your files on a flash drive or external hard drive.
- SHOCK ENTERTAINMENT INC.® is not responsible for lost or unrequested files.
- Please request your files during or immediately after your session.
No Refund / Approval Policy
- There are no refunds once a deposit or full payment has been made.
- One full payment for an entire project must be approved by the administration.
- Custom project pricing may vary depending on the size and scope of the work.
- No work begins until payment terms are confirmed.

Video package pricing depends on concept, location, editing level, effects, and overall production needs.

✅ SESSION & PAYMENT POLICY All sessions must be paid in full to confirm your booking. An invoice will be sent and must be paid within 4 hours of inquiry to lock in your session. No payment = no confirmed session.
⏱ SESSION TIME RULES: Your session starts at your scheduled time — not when you arrive. Late arrivals will lose time, and that time is non-refundable. Studio time includes: Recording, Mixing (if applicable), Editing, and File exporting
🎚 WORKFLOW POLICY: Engineering, rendering, emailing, and file prep are all part of your booked time. Please plan accordingly to maximize your session.
🔁 RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you cannot complete your session, you may reschedule within the same week or month (subject to availability). Sessions are not transferable without approval.
❌ NO REFUND POLICY. All payments are final. No refunds once a deposit or full payment is made. SHOCK ENTERTAINMENT INC.® is not responsible for lost or unrequested files.
💾 FILE & DATA POLICY Clients are responsible for requesting their session files. We strongly recommend bringing: Flash drive, External hard drive. Always back up your files immediately.
👥 STUDIO CAPACITY: Maximum of 2 clients per session unless approved. A focused environment = better quality music.
